Two years ago I conducted a training seminar in Doha. It was truthfully one of the most remarkable moments of my life as I met students from all over the world. The simple yet crucial task of “follow up” is often promised, but rarely delivered.

A response of “ok” or even “thx” is better than ignoring an e-mail.
