1. Communication techniques to ensure mutual respect across all generations and experience levels of employees.
2. Methods for enhanced "one on one" communication in which leaders are asking and celebrating "where did you find the blueberries". Referring to success not failures and how their actions can be replicated for the good of many.
3. Adopt a GROWTH MINDSET of doing in order to learn and get better. It is EASY to BE, but BETTER to BECOME. Learn ways to self-challenge and then to culturally team-challenge each other.
4. Create a CULTURE of SHARING AND CARING. Decide whether you are a "Buffalo or a Goose?" as a leader and why teaching, mentoring, and raising others up is the best approach.
5. Staffing Issues- 1/3 employees will be leaving their jobs in the next 12 months (a study by PWC). Bart shares a "G.O.A.T." approach that is proven to RETAIN and ENGAGE your team. Every interaction with an employee becomes an opportunity for engagement.
6. Service Excellence consistency and surpassing customer and guest satisfaction. Learn his stories about "Becky Extra" and her efforts to exceed expectations. Why "observe, anticipate, and over-deliver" is a game changer and how to apply it.
7. Need for Differentiation in the competitive landscape by creating opportunities for "incredible occasion" stories. By "doing" what "Most People Don't", your colleagues will learn to execute and tell "stories, not snories" to stand out above the competition.
8. Creating the mindset of FUN in order to "do" tasks that might not be easy or preferred. Choose between taking the "stairs or the elevator" and why the creation of a piano staircase changed behavior.

1. Bart conducts online survey (confidential) identifying major passion and pain points of leadership team
2. Recorded video interviews of 2-3 managers and or senior leaders to gain additional information for customization
3. Date selection
