I coined this word by accident, mid-conversation with a client, and the reaction in the room told me everything. It was not a word yet, so we trademarked it. Because in every conference, every boardroom, every session on AI and automation, this is the thing everyone keeps forgetting: the human element.
Most organizations are running on checklists. They are optimizing for efficiency and forgetting about experience. Humanality is the competitive strategy hiding in plain sight.
