“DO” for yourself

I’ve collected over 10K surveys from my attendees through the years and I continue to ask questions to get a sense of individuals PRIORITIES AND FOCUS.  A stunning 71% of people state that they are only focusing on themselves less than 25% of the time. 

Their other time is spent GIVING to others and placing everyone else’s needs above their own.  While we don’t ever want to stop DOING FOR OTHERS, it is critically important to ensure that your “own cup is full”.  When this occurs, you will have more to share and give to others.  When you are EMPTY, you have nothing else to give. 

 

During last week’s KEYNOTE PRESENTATION, we simplified a habit that everyone can remember easily that will truly benefit each person’s stability.

Wake

Water

Walk

 

 That’s it.  On a good day, we all can WAKE UP.  Hydrate by drinking an 8 oz glass of WATER.  Drink water before coffee to cleanse your system.  Get outside and WALK, even if it's for 10 minutes.  The fresh air and the movement will automatically begin your day on the right path.
